Why is the top part of rocket in conical shape?
Ans: Why tip of the rocket is always in conical shape not in other? Is there some reason behind it? Let’s try to know why scientist always give conical shape to rocket tip?
The front part of rocket comes in direct contact with air and it has to steer the rocket through air. A conic shape ensure less air resistance. It has 2 fold advantage.
· Less air resistance mean, less energy requirement to propel
· It doesn’t generate much heat and hence, the satellite inside remains safe.
