How do we see different colours?
Ans: The white light (sun light) is made up of all colors. What this actually means is that there are lights of all the colors. The color of light actually corresponds to the frequency of light wave.
When the rays of light fall on an object, some of the light gets reflected back. It is this light that comes to our eyes and we see the thing of that color.
e.g. the green grass- the grass reflects the green light and absorbs the rest of light. So, it appears of green color.
