Create a restart shortcut

1) Right click on your desktop screen.

2) Click on NEW and then Click on Shortcut.

3) In the next menu type:  shutdown -r -t 00

4) Click on Next and then Finish.

Now Double Click On Created Shortcut. Your Computer Will Restart.
